Janet Jackson and her AB'S

Do you find them sexy? I remember when most people I knew said yes they are but i kinda disagree.

I'd prefer a woman without them. I like caressing the soft belly of a women before going down. But caressing ab's would be kinda weird.

they were once upon a time. but after all the ups and downs her weight has taken, they're kind of looking freakish. sort of plastic.

liked them when she first debuted them though thumbs up!

I don't wanna delve deep into the psyche of Janet Jackson, but I just don't understand why she feels the need to be that obsessive about her mid-section. I mean, I get it, because I realize that most women and a good number of men in the business are under a lot of pressure from people in the biz to look their best. But I have a feeling that what drives her to look the way she does comes from within herself. Generally speaking, I don't like to comment negatively on people's body types, but I prefer my Janet with a little more substance to her.

i'd be happy if there was just some substance to her psyche and/or her music, these days. she can add substance to her body later....

I think her abs have something to do with her dancing and practicing her ass off, as well as the nature of clothing design that demands her midriff look its best.

On an interview they asked how she got her abs like that.
And she said by doing 3 sets of 12 crunches every couple of days.....

Actually, Michael worked out quite a bit before the In The Closet video (or so the story goes). The 'male athletic body' that gets promoted in the media is at least as unnatural as the 'female sexy body' i hear so much complaints about.

I always envied girls with great abs.. But i still think some subtle toneness is nicer on a woman than rock hard, overly defined abs!

Im a certified fitness trainer and I have to say that toned ab muscles look nice on men and women. Id be hard pressed to find someone that prefers a keg to a six pack. Janet's abs rock! cool

I don't mind a woman being "manly" since I'm bi.

And who says being fit is a "mans thing". That's so stereotypical.

I ain't saying a woman can't be fit. Though athletic bodies (not dancers) r subject to small breasts and flat buts but u'd expect that.....anyway I just feel like "whats the point"? Same with men too but women like the six pack on men (apparantly) but do men like it on women? That's what I'm asking!

Well Janet DEFINATELY doesn't have issues with being flat chested.

And to the other person. By saying "this shouldn't be something women do" that's like saying women shouldn't be fit.
