"Think"--You prefer the Precious Red or Lyn Collins version?

not to be confused with Ree-Ree's "Think", but the old school jam by Lyn Collins on The James Brown album (liberally sampled by Rob Base on "It Takes Two)...the house remake by Precious Red was a club anthem for years

I am not African. Africa is in me, but I cannot return.
I am not taína. Taíno is in me, but there is no way back.
I am not european. Europe lives in me, but I have no home there.
I am new. History made me. My first language was spanglish.
And I am

I love Lyn Collins' version of that song. Then again, I have never heard any other version.

lol You just don't trust my tastes. It's hard to compare to the original, actually -- it's new wave.

btw, ever since I discovered Lyn Collins' version when I was in grade 6, she's been the obvious choice.

Here's even more song title confusion.

The Lyn Collins tune is titled "Think (About It)" and written by James Brown.
Some of the music search engines are confusing this tune with "Think"
which was performed by James Brown but written by Lowman Pauling.
