It also hurts seeing ALOT OF black youth(and adults for that matter) disssociating themselves from it,,,out of pride(maybe) or just plain ignorance. I know very little jazz, but I think that for a lot of people it's the same thing as watching a classic black & white movie. Before you even go into it, it feels like it's going to be homework.
