That song was actually from their Ohio Players "Gold"-"best of lp", which originally dropped in 1976 --That song was one of two new tracks on the album--- the rest is all of their hits, up to that time (it doesn't include stuff like "Heaven must be like This")if you want a more complete anthology(including "Only a child..."), try to find the "Funk on Fire" 2 disc anthology....but, to answer the 2nd part of your question, this is the track listing for "Gold":

1. Feel the Beat (Everybody Disco)
2. Love Rollercoaster
3. I Want to Be Free
4. Fopp
5. Far East Mississippi
6. Skin Tight
7. Fire
8. Sweet Sticky Thing
9. Jive Turkey
10. Only a Child Can Love
11. Who'd She Coo?
