Tori Amos - Sleeps with Butterflies

OK, so it's all over the internet.

Have you heard it?

And if you have, what do you think????

Still digesting it.... very "Scarlet's Walk" sounding.... i like. Not as immediately commercial sounding as "a sorta fairytale"..

thoughts???

I have not heard it yet, but still very interested in it. I hope that it doesn't sound like "scarlet's walk" love the album, but I hate when artists are still in the " last album" stage. I think that Scarlet's Walk was a very good album. I heard that Shelia E is suppose to be on this ablum, doing something with drums....I dunno....

Not yet. But I'm resistant to downloading stuff by my favorite artists before the album release. We'll see how long I last.

I couldn't resist downloading it.

To me it sounds like a more uptempo Your Cloud type of sound, which was one of my favorite tracks on Scarlet's Walk.

I'm really loving it-but I'm not about to expect anything else on the album to sound close or even like this one, always nice to be surprised by her.

It's a really great relaxing track-deceptively simple in ways-may have to grow on some people that have their own favorite Tori eras/songs that are impossible to shake.

One of the things I love the most about Tori is that she's never afraid to try new things, or just simply make sounds she wants to hear.

It's nice to have someone more concerned about saying "Here's where I am rigbt now" rather than having to have the latest single.

Hell, I'm probably biased anyway.

biggrin
