I heard something happened between AL and a woman he dealt with at his home back in the 70's? Is it true or is it a rumor?

Grits is kind of like watery oatmeal, but it's not oatmeal.It's a grained cereal that you have to broil and then put sugar or whatever you're going to put on them. I never really like it, but try it at breakfest time.
