I like him, i think he took a good look at other artists like Bono, Bowie & Freddie Mercury and took bits from all of them to make something "new".
He makes music fun again and he is one of the few pop artists I can actualy stand.
And I absolutely love Rock DJ, one of the best popsongs of all time.

WHAT IF THERE IS NO TOMORROW? THERE WASN'T ONE TODAY!

I think he has a couple of really good songs, No Regrets is fantstic, IMO. Especially on the Knebworth DVD.

Can't stand Rock DJ, though.

To me, not taking into account his sex appeal, his music does not appeal to me that much.

To me, not taking into account his music, his body appeals to me.

But on both sides, I love his cocky attitude and that he is honest about his failures, like not breaking America, his big mouth.
I love his blokish-ness. The lines in his face make him a man. And a man to me does not have to be smooth. It's what tells the story.

To me he is the UK Madonna; can't really sing, but knows how to present himself. In the UK, at least. He is too sarcastic for the US, they think his attitude is for real.

Of course he is one big insecure kid with George Michael-esque problems. Can't wait for the imminent stroll in the park, so to speak.

I'll just co-sign all of this with a couple of bolds added for emphasis. smile

He may have came from one of the largest manufactured boy bands group in the UK but he had great insight to leave when he did and move on with his own career.
He played Knebworth park a few years back, the audience totalled over 500,000 breaking all records at the park, concert was great in my opinion. (now if only we could get Prince 2 play at Knebworth giggle

He’s had many hits some i like others i don’t. I must admit i do love the song "angels" don’t know who let that Jessica Simpson sing it she murdered the song. mad

He is a very amusing funny guy who's down to earth, everything he does is tounge and cheek, wears his heart on his sleeve, does a lot for the young ones.
thumbs up! 2 robbie

Got 2 love that cheeky face smile

I don't know why he had to ruin "One More for My Baby" and "Beyond The Sea." Maybe because GM did "Where or When." It's just not right. Cover Elton John or something.

I really like some of his stuff and even though his "Greatest Hits" has some good stuff on there, the exclusion of "Something Stupid" with Nicole Kidman makes me getting it anytime soon. While I think he's good and deserves to have some success here, I don't get why he is the biggest thing in Britain. He's should have only modest success, IMHO.

I've always thought he's a bit too big for his britches for somebody who has repeatedly failed to break into the American market. The ego and the attitude are fine for an interview in a country where he's huge (Britain), but it comes off badly here. Whenever I see him interviewed I think, "who the fuck is he? who the fuck does he think he is? and why should i care? he's a one-hit wonder here."

He's a pretty sarcastic individual. All of what he says is tongue in cheek. When he's not doing that shtick he's totally self-deprecating from what I see.
