Nina Sky - Move Ya Body
Kevin Lyttle - Turn Me On
Akon - Locked Up
Mis-Teeq - Scandalous
Tori Alamaze - Don't Ya
Eamon - F**k It (I Don't Want You Back)

I was going to put Ciara on this list, but I see that she's going to be here for a minute. "One, Two Step" is currently a hit and I see more hits from her debut.

hmm I could've sworn she'd had other songs out. Maybe not in 2004, but wasn't that "I Hate You So Much Right Now" song by Kelis?

Makes sense.

Is anyone besides me annoyed that in terms of sales/popularity, oftentimes only the U.S. is taken into consideration?

that song was a minor hit here back in 98...off of her 1st album which was released here in the states...however "Milkshake" was her biggest hit.

Her second single got a decent amount of airplay too. One album wonder, probably, but I think she's had at least two hit singles.

Update: Turns out I was wrong. "Shadow" ony hit #57 while "Pieces of Me" went to number 5. I'm sure the lip synching didn't help the second (or even third single, which I don't see on Allmusic.com as having charted, but they might need an update) much.

Someone knows there one hit wonders. I have to ask, can you think of any house/club vocalist that had any hits or any impact on the charts this year? I can't. Many dance music artists now tend to be one hit wonders, but now of days they are no-hit wonders.
