Don't worry, it's fucking awesome. By far the best MJ concert available in full.

The only video's from the second leg are crappy fan shot stuff.

i hope mj has them prefessionally taped, and one they they'll get it released.

I heard Bad concerts in liverpool/wembley are the best by far.

dirty diana, another part of me LIVE love

All MJ concerts are taped. Whether they are released or not is a totally differet story.

I haven't seen either one of them but both tours don't sound very appealing to me.

Hopefully, this is the last Prince vs. Micheal Thread. Anyway, I would venture to say that it is a draw b/c both of them are great entertainers period. Some orgers may hate me for saying this but I don't give a flying fuck.

Just out of curiosity, what is wrong with these type of threads? It brings good discussions and no one gets hurt.

there are six threads about mj on page one of this forum...it would be okay if you all spread these things out over time..but it clutters up the front page..

its excessive.....sorta like dame edna...

LMAO lol

why make it the last thread of any sort? if peeps don't like the topic, they don't have to click on it. geez, there's no gun being held anyone's head...

aaaanyway, getting to the question...both tours, in my opinion, had brilliant performances. its just that its two different types of shows. i feel like prince has never been able to top the lovesexy tour. its my favorite because it has so much energy and excitement...the bad tour has that same kind of excitement and energy but...no spontaneity. when prince sat down in wembley and peeled and orange in the middle of the show, it wasn't choreographed. it was what he felt like doing at the time. just like the speech before anna stesia kept getting longer as the tour went on...that free form was what made the tour so exciting. if you saw bad in new york, you saw bad in omaha. still fun but not nearly as exciting (imho).

I don't like it, great vocals and that's about it. It's the first part of the tour, so no new songs just Bad and Can't Stop Loving You. It's same as Victory Tour.

If you found Bad Tour In Europe, that's what you want

Umm The Victory Tour, Bad, Dangerous, HIStory... all are more or less the same show. Each tour has new songs added and other songs replaced but they are more or less the same show... Janet's the same way...

Prince makes whole new shows... that's what makes them better

I don't think they are same shows at all. Yes there are signature songs, that are performed a in a cetain way, but that's what people want to see, including myself.

I mean I woulndt want a Billie Jean performance without the fedora, glitter glove, white socks etc.

Those things are just perfect the way they are, change a thing and it will ruin the performance, imo

Haven´t seen any of Prince Lovesexy concerts! Can´t say! Is there one to download somewhere?

Prince could never touch those live vocals....

I've never been impressed with Michael's live vocals. He's so busy moving around, he always sounds out of breath and tired.

Yes, it would b much better for one of the greatest dancers ever to just stand there in one spot for every song. Brilliant thinking there mate. smile

Doesn't he always?

I didn't attend either show, but I've seen/heard performances from both and the choice is easy: Lovesexy by far! MJ didn't do anything you've not seen in his videos.

Bad and Lovesexy were my first concerts for both MJ and Prince.
MJ concerts hadn't gotten old to me yet because it was the first (not inluding Victory). But Lovesexy was the one I remember and enjoyed the most. I was always into Prince but felt converted after that show. Prince (and Madonna) shows never bore.
Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

I was under the impression that he didn't start using prerecorded music until after the Bad tour, which is the major reason that I wanted to see this

Ok, let's get this over with:

Prince fans: "The Lovesexy Tour by far."

MJ fans: "The Bad Tour by far."

The end.

Co-sign!!!!

But ...

MJ has done some great things in the past, it's just a shame he's also been lipsinging at concerts ...

Ah, forget it. I don't want to react on MJ versus P anymore. P is number one for me. At MJ forums peepz count MJ as number 1. It's just an opinion. Who cares.

I'm getting tired of the "who's better" topics.
