Can you believe that our very own Sheila E actually recorded a cover version of "Right Here Waiting"? Why Sheila why?

I hate shelia and her albums anyway, except "the belles of saint mark" which was cool.I never did like "right here waiting", I always skip it! Sheila's voice sucks.....


This album sounds cool today, no denying "satisfied" is a classic song whilst "children of the night" is a classic power ballad

Some of you are unaware that both Richard and Shelia have common roots. At one time, they both use to work for Lionel Richie. Shelia was Lionel's percussionist while Richard did background vocals .

Richard Marx used to sing backup for Lionel Richie... he also co-wrote a lot of Luther Vandross' music, including "Dance With My Father".

I love his voice... and still enjoy "Right Here Waiting".
