I'm almost ashame to admit this, but the only song I know from this list is "Toy Soldiers"

Notice (if ur were livng is USA at the time) that all these songs r late 80's-early 90's? That was when I was growing up so I know these songs well!

Were any of thse songs bit hits outside the US?

With the exception of the Stevie B. song (which I still hear quite a bit on some of the "soft rock" stations...I think you're absolutely right.

"Because I Love You" STILL sneaks its way on one of the Top 40 stations here in Detroit (He must have been really popular here, becuase "Spring Love" gets a fair amount of spins during spring...and that wasn't even a Top 40 song)!
