I think the reason Beyonce is taking a back seat and letting Kelly and Michelle take the spotlight is she just wants to get this promotion and upcoming tour of the CD out of the way so she can go back to persuing her solo career. I mean get real wouldn't you? Let's face it her career outshined the other 2. Michelle had a successful career with gospel, but it didn't outdo Beyonce's and Kelly was successful with Dilemma, but that song would've been succesful anyway cuz of Nelly. Anything Nelly does usually goes platinum. Her solo album did not do well here in the *states anyway. She's gotten some play but not like you know who. Take a look at Beyonce's full plate. She has: *A deal with L'Oreal. *A new fragrance with Tommy Hillfiger(sorry if mispelled it) *Had a successful debut that won her multiple Grammys. *A movie career (which could be better;her movies haven't been all of that) *An upcoming clothing line/store with her mother Tina next year. *A modeling career. She's probably bustin' to do a second solo CD, more movies, be in more of these fancy magazines like Elle, W, Cosmopolotian, etc.and all the other things she has succeeded with. After all that stuff on my plate I would be ready to get back to my own thing too. ok kelly has her set of promotions 2: Dark & Lovely Relaxers Actress(Jason Vs. Freddy + some movies next year) also since when did beyonce EVER model?let me know when and where | |

When I say model, I don't mean a supermodel like Tyra and I don't know if you have noticed this but there was a special on VH1 called "When supermodels ruled the world" for the exception of Tyra and sometimes that silly ass Naomi, you hardly see supermodels all over the place like you used to. Magazines, L'Oreal, and Revlon are getting singers and actresses: Halle Berry and Julianne Moore for--Revlon J.Lo and Beyonce for--L'Oreal and they are also featured in magazines as well. Alicia Keys even models now. It's not about the Cindy Crawfords or the Christi Brinkleys anymore. As far as what Kelly has done with Dark and Lovely and Freddy vs. Jason, that is hardly a resume' compared to Beyonce's cuz whenever you get through with it, Kelly might have known Matthew Knowles and the Knowles family since she was a little girl and they may love each other like father and daughter, BUT he is NOT her father and she is NOT his daughter. Guess you had somethin' to say afterall (ha). Kelly thinks she is a part of the family, shit, more like a stepchild. Kelly is just like Michelle but only a step up and I do mean just a step up. I notice she has tried to in the past be a little diva like Beyonce, but at the same time she tries not to step too out of place or her ass is out. But I also believe if the Knowles crossed her and pissed her off bad enough she could if she wanted to pull a Latoya Jackson on them and write a tell-all book on them. Because I'm sure Kelly knows alot of dirt and inside stuff on the Knowles family. You can argue and say she wouldn't do that, but when you get somebody hot enough you don't know what they might be capable of doing. PS. When all is said and done the fact of the matter is Kelly is not as good a singer as Beyonce, despite B's faults (oversinging). Beyonce seems to be more into her songs, unlike Kelly who just doesn't seem to be able to get there. |
