I saw Ralph Carter's version on a 12 Inch compilation. I believe it might have been Atlantic Records. I started to get it. When I came back it was gone.
I saw the episode of "Good Times". I have it on DVD also. Does the record sound the same as the song on the TV? Andy is a four letter word.

Van McCoy tune, right? Question---Stacey Lattisaw put out an album a few years before "Let Me Be Your Angel", and it sank without a trace-- didn't she do a version of this tune, too? Is it the same one? If so, I think that's the only version I actually heard... " I've got six things on my mind --you're no longer one of them." - Paddy McAloon, Prefab Sprout

Ah, you're bringing back memories...
I've only heard Ralph's version. It's cool as far as sitcom actors go. It's a bit "flamboyant", though... Remember when he sang "You and I" at Thelma's wedding? Oh yeah, who can forget "Rock you to your socks"! My author page: https://www.amazon.com/au...eretttruth

Oh yeah, who can forget "Rock you to your socks"! There you go! I knew he sang another song on GT! What was the song Michael and Penny sang for the talent show episode? Oh, and the "militant midget" was a bit "flamboyant" too.
