Love her music, don't need to know all the details.

I respect her for actually being able to keep a lot of her private life private in a world where you have access to more information than you ever need on people.

You're both delusional. I mean, I know you're jealous of me, but you have to get over the fact that the better woman has won her heart.

leaning over to my baby, her lips to my ear Oh, OK. Sure.

*ahem*

Sade would like for you both to be quiet and sit down over there.

The jamaica incident had to do with driving drunk. She outran the cop and then never showed up in court.

I hear she makes a lovely pudding. wave

wow, she was driving drunk? that doesn't really match with her sophisticated image. i think i also heard she had a jamaican boyfriend.

I read an early 90's Ebony interview(circa 1992 I think) where it discussed about her suicide attempts and heavy drug addiction. The author of the article showed up in a live gig where she made a tearful plead to the audience that they should never take the hours they spend with their significant others for granted.

I don't know much about Sade myself and I ain't some big shot analyzer but I see a troubled soul in that woman. I can sense her deep rooted pain alot sometimes.

See...

I told a colleague, to whom I recently hipped Prince's music, to type into Google images the words: "Rhonda Smith Prince."

his love response was:

"Oh, and she plays bass, too?"

All that to say, tA,

In yer dreams, pal!!!

Disclaimer: theAudience has actually met and supped with the oh so lovely Rhonda Smith. It is a bone of contention between me and my super-talented friend. He's met and dined with her. I have but received an e-mail reply from her. Fair enough. Some things in life remain out of our reach. No skin of a brother's nose. I can be the big man about this. Honest. Without having an ounce of jealousy about it. I mean, after all, she's just a really fine, impressive bassist, right? I mean it's really, really no big deal. However, if my aforementioned buddy announces to me in the near future that he's had tea with Sade as well, well that's just going to be IT!!!

U're right.

I got her a gold engagement band. She likes platinum.

Thanks for the help. I was deluded in thinking gold was the way to go.
