Ok, So About Time 2 Love

Now that we know when Stevie's finally going to release this (we hope), does anybody know what we can expect. I assume SOME of the album's content must have leaked in some way. Since it's been ten years since his last album, this damn well better be good.

I just hope this album is closer to his 70s sound than his recent ouptut on soundtracks. The material he played on Oprah sounds very promising but that's one of the downers of hearing stuff live before the studio version.

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over the Bamboozled songs (and whatever else he's done; was Pinnochio after Conversation Peace?). Remember 2045 radical man? Far from a high point for prince, but then he delivered The Rainbow Children, his most musical adventurous album since his prime.

Incidentally I'm of the persuasion that even during stevie's alleged decline in the 80s and 90s that he never lost his sense of melody or groove, and with Conversation Peace, he seemed to regain his producing muse as well.
