how sad is this.... how sad is this, mark mcgrath from sugar ray is the host of one of the low budget knock offs of entertainment tonight, called "extra". i can remember several years ago when they were hot, he made some comment about prince not being relevant anymore, dude!! ------------------------------------------------

well, honestly, at the time he made those comments (when they were hot was, what? like, 1997-1999?) Prince really wasn't very relevant.

I always htought Sugar Ray had some decent potential to make some good records.. but they are usually slammed with cheezy hooks and crappy songs..
I thought with 14:59 they were actually going somewhere.. looks like they were just stating the obvious | |

I like Sugar Ray.Many people think their music is lightweight and for the most part,it is.But it's alot of fun.Their music is breezy rock/pop with a slight hip-hop influence on some songs. btw,Sugar Ray is still together and Mark is still a full-time member.Their next CD is due in early 2005. | |

i really don't understand the appeal of this band. their songs have no substance and they just suck. i guess people got into them because mark mcgrath is good looking but how long can that possibly carry them as a band? | |
