I've had this cd by grace jones for a while now but couldn't get into it at first, but i just decided to give it another listen on the weekend and now it's growing on me. It's a diffeent sound for her. It was produced by C & C Music Factory, so it's a dance album but not like her earlier work.

the last grace album i dug was "inside story", though i've always been curious about "bulletproof heart".

Man, Love on Top of Love is crazy. I use to really like C&C's stuff. I'm nostalgic for Grace too.

I only have her "Private Life: The Compass Point Sessions" compilation which is all I need.

it took me a while to get into - the first half of the album is great..."hollywood liar" and "chan goes to shanghai" are great songs, as is "i'm not perfect", of course...
