PrintableI don't have as many as some people because I only buy what I truly love. I don't buy a cd for one song and I don't buy a cd just because it's popular. I would have to say that I have between 400-500 cd's. | |

About 900 or so. I know I've sold back hundreds over the years. But cassettes? I have no idea. A few hundred LP's, about 80 7"s, mostly '80s dance and '90s punk. I cant tell, I don't have an iPod yet  but I will wait a bit more to purchase something like this, until technology gives me a chance to carry ALL of my music collection with me

not counting shits that i downloaded (which adds up to over 2000 songs), i have at least 450 cds (but that includes mix discs). without the mis discs, its about 350-400. | |

For insurance purposes, most folks are obliged to take note of every single title, and in some cases (esp. if the item is particularly valuable), even photograph them. I would say about 600 cds. i have no idea how much tapes and vinyl i have, but I would guess atleast a 1000 with all three formats
Now my soon to be ex wife blows me out of the water. i would say atleast 5000 cds, probably alot more than that and 1000 records | |
