Pinkerton I really enjoy, Green is alright, Maladroit has some good tracks

Pinkerton to me is far better than Green and Maladroit combined.

I was kinda pissed too-you'd think you're getting at least 50 minutes of music, and for it to be that short and full price-it's a rip-off.

Pinkerton I hope you give a second chance to-it's the most underrated of them all in my book-better than Maladroit, that's for sure.

Check it out-the last half of it especially I love from The Good Life on.

I believe when Rivers was going back to school he got into it and it started inspiring the album.

Thankfully it's not like Styx where it's blatantly obvious-but it's in there I've read.

'Pinkerton' kinda reminds me of a more polished Pavement-record (which isn't bad!), especially Rivers' singing....and the sometimes messy guitar-work!

This part in the end spells it for me really, aside from the "drug is a heartbreaker" and "waterslide away from drowning in the flood" lines.

Just my take though-I've never heard an actual answer-I think Rivers prefers it to be left up to who's listening.
