achtung baby is certainly my favorite u2 record...quickly followed by rattle and hum, zooropa, pop and passengers.

For some reason, I can't listen to Rattle & Hum as a whole. I don't like albums that mix studio and live. I wish they'd just released a live album to document the tour in '88 and put out the new material along with those awesome b-sides in '89.

Can you imagine if there was an all-live Cd released with the Rattle and Hum versions of 'Sunday Bloody Sunday' (with Bono's speech intact), 'Running to Stand Still' and 'Bad'? I realize that U2 doesn't often release live versions of the same song more than once, but they should've made an exception for these songs.

I loved "Pop" and loved the fact that people were not that into it. Man, they rocked on SNL. It was torture sitting through the lame skits though.
