Harvest Ball
Join us this Thanksgiving Day Weekend for Michael Franti and Spearhead’s 2nd Annual Harvest Ball on Friday November 26th & Saturday November 27th at The Fillmore, San Francisco.

The Fillmore will be transformed with decorations, flowers and special give-aways. Spearhead will perform a full 3 hour set and Michael will show a short trailer of his upcoming film, “I Know I’m Not Alone” at the start of the show. The film project is an amazing full-length documentary depicting the human cost of war shot in the Middle East this past June.

Special Limited Edition LIVE CD SET
We will record both Friday and Saturday shows and produce a Live CD Set that will be sold immediately after the show ends. This is a special edition CD that will be available in limited numbers. Look out for the INSTANT LIVE table after the show !

FOOD DRIVE
We are proud to announce along with Conscious Alliance, that we will be hosting a food drive to benefit the San Francisco Food Bank. All patrons that donate 10 non-perishable items at either show will receive a free Michael Franti and Spearhead poster. Look for bins outside the main entrance to the Fillmore and pick up your poster inside upstairs at the Conscious Alliance table. We encourage donation items to be low-sodium and heath food oriented products. Our Power to the Peaceful Festival on September 11th in Golden Gate Park brought in over 1,000 lbs of food!

As a fundraiser for Power to the Peaceful, which is at this time funding the Middle East Documentary film, “I Know I’m Not Alone”, we will be auctioning off 2 pairs of tickets with backstage passes and signed poster for the Harvest Ball. Please see the Auction Page to place your bid.

SOCIAL JUSTICE ORGANIZATIONS
Head upstairs to the poster room and try some Free Guayaki Yerba Mate Tea and visit the social justice tables. Rainforest Action Network, Amnesty International, Native American Health Organization, and The Ecology Center will all be on site.

New Monsoon opens the show on Friday night, DJ Soulsalaam opens on Saturday and Funklor will DJ both nights.
