Nirvana Box Set Delayed! Ahhhhh!!! 
I know in the UK and America it wasn't due out until Monday & Tuesday but here in Ireland new releases are always available on Friday. As of midnight just gone stores iin Dublin were open to launch the new U2 album  so me and my friend went in specially in the freezing cold to buy the box set only to be told the record company had delayed it a by week...or two!!!
I'm so annoyed I've been waiting years for this box set and to go all the way in on this miserable night, having to queue with hundreds of annoying U2 fans, and to be told this only now...they had billboard posters up advertising it for Friday 19th all bloody week! 
Does anyone have anymore specific info on how long it's been delayed and why? On the plus side I managed to pick up the Gwen Stefani album as a consolation which I'm now listening to and must say sounds pretty cool on first listen. | |

As I said, all new releases are available on Fridays here in Ireland, in spite of the official release dates. | |

Sorry false alarm.
Turns out the box set has not been delayed, the stores were merely slow in getting them in today as they were so preoccupied with stocking up on the U2 album. Picked it up today for 64 euro after they started appearing around lunchtime. The wait is finally over! It looks amazing. | |

Looks amazing, feels amazing - they arrived in our store a few days ago...fantastic packaging.

As I said, all new releases are available on Fridays here in Ireland, in spite of the official release dates. So you get the albums on Friday, as in a few days eariler than everyone else, not a few days later. Nice! | |
