Who were those losers playing on SNL this week?!

What the hell was that crap?! omfg

It sounded like Pee Wee Herman singing with a bad Talking Heads cover band, not to mention the backing singers had worse harmony than the Travelling Wilburys. And that's pretty bad. barf

Their name is "Modest Mouse" and there's only 1 radio station that plays them here and not that often. I have no idea why they are on SNL but they must be popular somewhere.confuse

Which album, the new one? I really like it too. A lot of great performers have trouble translating what they do to live TV.

I've heard they suck live. But that's really a great album, much better than Franz Ferdinand in my book.

I love MM's new CD, but I too was disappointed in their performance on SNL.

Has anyone seen them live before? Was this an exception or are they just a poor live band?

When I first saw that video I thought it was the worst thing I'd ever seen. Then I grew to love it.

Wow. I thought it was just me that thought they were bad.

I gave them every benefit of the doubt, but damn they were BAD BAD BAD.

Modest Mouse? They have a lot to be modest about.

Can't sing on key. Can't sing at all. Can barely play their instruments.

Hope they're much better in the studio.
