I still haven't bought Teena Marie's new album yet because I have been hoping that one of my friends will buy it and burn me a copy. My friends, like myself, don't buy "new" music anymore either. I think they are all sitting around hoping that I will buy it and burn it for them. One of us is going to have to finally give in. biggrin
Andy is a four letter word.

Well, for some reason I didn't hear about him until this year so if his album came out before, I apologize, Let's just say he's underrated, LOL.

Yeah, that album's from 2002. It was a big hit up here in Canada, and I've been awaiting a followup since.

Remy Shand is amazing, and I anxiously await his next album.Have you heard any news about a release date?

Remy Shand is indeed underrated. I love his debut album. As far as Fefe goes, that girl sucks big time! I saw her perform on a tv show and she sounded horrible. Her pitch was way off and IMO she just yells.

In your shoes, I'd be lucky. Guess how many times I heard "Don't Go (Girls & Boys" on the radio: ZILCH. Canada is Fefe's homeland, so understandably she'll get more airplay and love there. Americans ate up Ashlee's debut this year, but here lies a girl who can actually put on great live shows, commands an audience, is only 19 and yet can't get respectable play in the states.

nod Yet another reason to move to Canada! wink

On the plus side, "Take Me Away" (which I really like) got just as much airplay.

Also, if you've seen Fefe in interviews, you'll know she's not vaccuous (cough*Avril*cough), so it's quite believable that she writes her own material. I can really see her growing as an artist over the years.

OMG, Avril's fame opened the door for Ashlee, Hilary Duff, and Fefe. Avril, though im not into her much is the only young teeny rocker i can tolerate. Her first album is actually really good aside from all the radio hits. Her second album was meh.
But Fefe, blah, i cannot tolerate her music
