I'm serious about this. If anyone wants to hear a truly beautiful and addictive Christmas album, check out George Winston's "December". You'll return to it every year. His "Linus & Lucy" album is also strangely fitting during the holidays.

The only Christmas song I've played lately is Prince's "Another Lonely Christmas" because I've been digging into a lot of the Purple Rain stuff lately.
I hosted a Christmas show on the radio a couple years ago full of punk rock Christmas tunes -- there's a lot of good ones! All the other Christmas stuff kinda bums me out, so the more upbeat the music the merrier I be!

![]() Oh and you gotta play Another Lonely Christmas too. Especially "River" -- wow, that's a powerful song -- even speaks of Christmas. Hard to hear that without shedding a tear by the end. Beautiful. edit: oops, i shared too much [Edited 11/17/04 22:01pm]
