I just got back from seeing George Clinton and Parliament/Funkadelic in San Francisco. The show was one of the best shows i have ever been to. They did an amazing version of Im never gonna tell it lasted probably around 15 minutes. Oh my gosh they rocked Maggot Brain and Dogstar it was the loudest and greatest part of the show. The best thing about a Pfunk show is that they go on and on with the jams. They did Bob Gun, Funkentelechy, Flashlight, Atomic Dog, Not Just Knee Deep, One Nation Under A Groove, Do that stuff!! and a few others. The show was about 3 hours long. They did have some technical difficulties but you couldnt tell only if you were watching carefully. The Violinist and Bernie Worrell had alot of problems. Man my feet are sore from dancing so damn much!

Oh yeah and the crowd was mostly young people and few old schoolers. The crowd was way different than here in Sacramento. I didnt even see any Pimps, Players or Ballers. I figured SF would be old school. Here in Sac when they have old school shows the Pimps come out.
