does anybody remember Bobby Browns cd "Forever"?

i had no idea he had another new album out after 1993's "Bobby"...i guess not many people bought Forever in 1998 because it only peaked at #61 on the billboard album chart...any good songs on this cd?

I remember seeing on one of those year end charts from Entertinament Weekly that it sold very poorly (maybe like a few thousand copies, so I'm impressed it even charted that high). There was a video and I think it was on MTV or BET once or twice. It was terrible and had Whitney as playing a shrink in the begining and at one point, Bobby dancing in a set where the lights are off with these women in the goofiest glow in the dark skeleton outfits ever. The only thing I remember about the song was him saying "Check it Out" or something. And if you think the video makes you want to gouge your eyes out, I remember it the song sounding even worse than the video looked. And the funny thing was ths was right after the New Edition reunion and I think he was bragging about who he could pull in as a solo act the same amount of money they did but not spilt it five (six?) ways. Yeah, right! I wonder if anyone else has memories of this. Didn't Bobby do a duet with Ja Rule that went nowhere (I think it was the first single and the record company probably paniced and chose an Ahshanti single not to long after that). He kept saying (or implying) he was on Death Jam and was going to make a new album. It's just kind of sad.

I bought this pile of junk and it is CRAP! I love Bobby Brown and '92's "bobby" is a great album to me, but this was pure boring wack!

I also remember his cameo in "GB2" and also his acting in the rather good "panthers" and the Matin Lawrance comedy "A thin line between love and hate" (a surprisenly good film).....both these perfromances show he could do bitr parts in acting as he was good in these! He even had a tiny role in the female version to "how to be a player"? U rememeber the movie? "2 can play that game" it was called (injoke to bobby's song "2 can play that game")

Anyway.....Bobby make an album and never duet with Ja Rule again!
