Tell us about the Lil Kim Cares foundation.

In reference to battered women, just recently, and I'm talking about a year ago. I got out of a relationship with a very abusive man. I have had a black eye, bloody lips, bruised nose. I came out of the hospital from getting my nose done and he broke my shit again. I have had to have MRI's because he beat me up so bad I couldn't even move, I had blod clots in my back. One day a voice told me you better leave right now. I had to leave from my own damn house.If I had something like my foundation where I could get help then I wouldnt have gone through it for so long.

How did you recover from it?
I kinda prayed the whole time ... I didnt know what to do. And it has alot to do with my maturity too. Its been times I was in the car with my ex boyfriend and he punched me in my face and [I was] bleeding all over the car, and we were on our way to pick up his mom, and I was trying to conceal it, she was staring like, 'I don't believe it' ... It couldve been right before I had to be in the studio or on stage and I have to pack on piles on piles of make-up and go and smile. I remember people asked, "what's wrong with you" and I would say I had a allergic reaction.

You metioned he broke your nose
Yeah, I just came from getting it broke (laughs). He punctured it again. True story. Big cast on my face.

Did you get it done again after that?
... The doctor had to fix nose [because] it was almost shattered. You really can't tell but if you look close it goes to the left.

U look better in person. The pictures dont always look like that...
I don't care what anybody say, I'm fly, I look good. The pictures that were floating recently, and it's just been recently, I kind of have been going through this thing during the whole time with the court case. I decided to get sugar injections that go in your lips. I just wanted to try it. I was supposed to get this role in a movie. I was supposed to play this character like a cartoon, and I wanted to play the character to the fullest ... it goes away in six months. Well in between that time you have to go through your healing moment, and I didnt know they were going to snatch me up in handcuffs and all that. So I'm on camera and everybody like, "Illl! What's wrong with Kim!!??" But I just laughed and laughed.

Does it bother you that people talk of the work you have done?
The thing that messes me up is that alot of women in the videos get it done themselves...And I hate that it's like ' damn why ya'll all on me?' Im standing here right next to somebody that had more than me done, and you dont even know it. But like I said I'm the realest with it, so everybody wants to be all on me. Whatever.

Last time we spoke you were very open anbout your augmentation. Why did you do it?
I always wanted to do it, before I came in the industry. I already knew what I wanted to look like. I had alot of people say, 'Kim you're beautiful ... you dont need that'. And I love them for that but I did it because I wanted it for myself. Not because of no man ...
I remember telling Puffy I was going to do it he cursed me out. He was like 'you buggin B!' He was yelling at me like a little kid. And after everything was done he was like 'damn you look good'.

We consider you a trendsetter though, because plastic surgery has became the new workout plan
After I got my breats done, everybody started doing it. I would never call people out because I'm not a crab like that, but ya'll need to get off meand really look in the mirror and say 'let me stop playing because I know I did the same thing too'.

I can believe she had an abusive relationship but that & the "I was doing a movie" explanation are awfully convenient for a plastic surgery junky, don'tcha think? I smell vitijacko, she ain't foolin' me. And this interviewer is punk ass bitch for not asking her why she's 20 shades lighter
