I have an 80's station on in the other room and this song just came on. I was groovin' my ass off. I sware, I went somewhere else just now dancing to that song. This joint came out in 1987, which is the year my husband and I met. Oh, the thoughts that come to mind when I think of those days. And combined with this song.....oh man. Oh hell that was the JAM back in the day. Mic Murphy (vocalist) had a very unique vocal style and delivery unlike anyone out at the time. I think Mic and Charlie Wilson (Gap Band) were the best vocalists of the 80's. Remember these from the System:
