i was about to do some sunday morning house cleaning yesterday and i turned my teevee on cbs, just for background noise, and just as i turned the teevee over they announced an interview with al green! it was pretty cool too, they even had willie mitchell on there for a bit.

did anyone else see this (or were the rest of ya'll still asleep )?

I really love Al Green. I've been a fan for years and have many of his cd's. He's got style and an amazing voice. His music and the way he sings touches me.

I love Al Green as well -- great musical legendary icon!!! His voice has become more soulful and powerful as he's gotten older. Saw him - phenomenal. When he performed A Change Is Gonna Come - my hair stood up, literally.
