hmmm After seeing some of his solo works, I would be inclined to say that he is channeling some Bowie specifically the Stardust period.

Bowie is definitely a big influence on him. He does not deny it.

He can try to be whoever he likes, he will still just be crappy old Scott Weiland. A whole album of songs and not a tune between them...sad

I used to like him quite a bit... now his whole persona kinda annoys me. He's like Courtney Love to me. They're so capable of being absolutely great, but in the end they keep returning to being completely fucked up.
Change it one more time..
