Tupac "changes" or Puff daddy "I'll be missing you"?

Which u prefer and y?

I just about prefer Tupac's "Changes" as far as these sort of rap songs go (I'd put Coolio "i'll see you when u get there" aswell but I don't like that much!) but Puffs was heartfelt and i liked the way he chnged the chorus from the original! It took guts but it worked in the songs context!

"changes" and "I'll be missing u" maybe corny to most rap fans, but I like 'em both! "changes" is sad but I love the tune and the tribute video fits prefectly too!

I prefer 2pac "changes".

Puffy didn't write the lyrics for "I'll be missing you".

damn, I just assumed he wrote it! How embarrassing on my part, I've owned that single since it was first released! Kinda has less meaning now! Usually I do not care who writes what but on personal songs like this, it kinda dampens the song a bit to know he did not write it! sad

Puffy doesn't write many of his songs on his albums.

Anyhow I'll explain why I like "changes".

This song is telling about how things should change and in the "ghetto". "Give crack to the kids who the hell cares one less ugly mouth on the welfare". He is explaining here how bad it is were he grew up and how things work. He's impling that it is not right whats going on and things need to change.

"Changes." thumbs up! Liked the lyrics and video. And I absolutely love Bruce Hornsby and the Ranges'"The Way It Is."

I'll take practically anything by 'Pac over something from Diddy.
At least 'Pac had something relevant to say.

Changes!! I became a fan cause of that, I still think he's the best rapper ever, no rapper nowadays can compare to him.

I love "Changes", and I cannot stand "I'll be Missing you". To me, these songs aren't comparable.
