I hate fade-outs - I much prefer a song with a proper ending - that's why live versions are better, for a start... For the longest time I couldn't stand the "Heathen" album by David Bowie. It bothered me because the first song "Sunday" built up the exictment for the entire song. Then at about the 3:45 mark it the music picks up like you figured it was supposed to, then it fades out after a minute. I still don't like the regular version too much, But the Moby mix is really fun.
p.s. I've since gotten over it and fallen in love with the rest of the album. | |

The album version of Prince's "Little Red Corvette". I love to hear Prince scream and the first time I ever heard it, the scream was faded way down at the end. I said "Damn!".
When the 12 Inch came out, I absolutely loved it. The scream was great and it was followed be the drums, claps, and "mayday". Andy is a four letter word. | |
