Random thoughts and observations on the "Americ... Radio Music Awards":
Kelly Rowland was looking like Damita Jo for real! She sure does take a lot of beauty tips from the Janet hair and make-up school. LOL @ Jordan Knight cheesin' at Beyoncé. LOL @ the female MC (not rapper) wrongly pronouncing Sylvester Stallone's name as "Sylvester TALLONE"!?! LOL!! Wow. Power 106's Big Boy lost a lot of weight. Every performance was wack. How is Ursher nominated for a hip hop award? And why do award shows continually do this? So far, I've seen Ursher, Sisqó and TLC wrongly placed in that category in award shows over the years. HELLO, THEY'RE R&B! Was it just me or when Pussycat Dolls came out to present hardly anyone knew their celebrity status and you could feel the murmuring in the crowd?

WILLIAM HUNG has sophomore CD out... NEED I SAY MO'?! Ashlee, there's hope for you yet. Speaking of Ashlee, her live performance was lame and embarrassing. It was hard for me to watch her. Double worse was her chit-chat with lame a** Carson Daly. Two lame people holding an interview together -- it was a disaster from the start. And I'm not buying the "Acid RE-Flux" spiel. Overall, heads didn't know where they were tonight. Janet summed up it greatly in her speech: "Thank you, American, err!...Radio Music Awards!" LMAO!!!! The greatest moment of Re-Invention was Nobody Knows Me... a track most people hadn't heard but everyone loved. If you paid attention to Janet's charitable efforts over the years, you would've known that JANET HAS BEEN AN AVID SUPPORTER OF THE MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION SINCE RHYTHM NATION 1814 WAY BACK IN 1989 -- OVER 15 YEARS AGO! Michael's current legal troubles have nothing to do with Janet's personal charitable efforts. What the hell did you think the "Rhythm Nation" album concept was about? Janet has CONTINUALLY supported childrens charities with proceeds from her tours and albums going towards Make-A-Wish, Dreamstreet (the organization, not the album!), America's Promise, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, A Place Called Home, Starlight, Watts-Willowbrook, United Negro College Fund (...hello, do you remember when she gave two girls The Rhythm Nation 1814 Scholarship back in 1990 to attend HBCUs?), etc. Plus, Janet is an independent entity onto herself. She doesn't piggyback on any entertainer out there. She earned her Legend Award on the merit of her own work. Pulling Michael's name out of the sky in this case is asinine. It's cool to dislike a celeb. We all have our qualms, myself included.
