i believe it is.
but a better question is... where the fuck can we get these damn things?

[Edited 10/23/04 16:07pm] Outside, Earthling and Hours haved already been reissued in the US, but they're single discs with some bonus tracks. Outside has just the one - "Get Real", a rubbish B-Side.
