This one is hard...I know. But some songs just kinda catch on better in remixes...

I will give you three examples.

Tori Amos's Raspberry Swirl in the album version is just a stomp disco version inspired by a remix Armand van Helden made of Proffesional Widow...it showed Tori remixes could open up a new public....

But the remix version called Scarlet Spectrum Feels Remix is just amazing... it brings back the ambience many like about her, just a bit updated...

Than one we Prince old skoolers ALL know; the remix of The Future, as featured on the single. This one is a close call, as I adore Prince's own version. But as this is one of the only Prince remixes I actually like, I find myself playing it way more than the original.

Last is Bjork's One Day. I like the original. Bit I love the Trevor Morais version of this. It kind of incorporates the notion the took (or followed up) from her Unplugged session; it sounds like an electronic acoustic remix, I do not know how to express this well...just that the build-up of the remix is so exquisite I never listen the original at all.
