man, these guys rocked! and not only with "white lines" and the "message". they had other great songs too but how come they never get their props? Melle Mel is one of the greatest MC's of all times, uh, huh, huh, huh!

i also thought it was strange that he was there as a side kick. they didn't even get a close up of him. i hope they are honored next year but i was dissapointed they weren't honored this year! what other songs do you like by them? I love "step off" "survival" "scorpio" and many others.

I've never heard that song.

Some of my favs by them were Scorpio, The Message, White Lines and It's Nasty.
These songs really take me back to when I was a teenager and going rollerskating

Let's not forget "Grandmaster Flash on the Wheels of Steal". A great cut and one of the first that has scratching on the record itself.

My favorite is "Scorpio".
