Although she started out as a singer as a kid on the talent show "Star Search" and won the big prize, she is famous for acting (Countess Vaughn was just another contestant that won on Star Search, no one knew who she was as far as the entertainment world at that point)... There are alot of people that start out singing as kids but never seem to get that big break in their original field and become successful in another art form.

I have that album! It is pretty good cheesy stuff! "nothin' my love can't fix" is a blast.....

I remember the tisha campell video where she is dancing "singing in the rain" style! Good dancing by her.....

Who could forget "Beverly hillls 90210" star Jeremy Jordan! He bought out a solo in 1993! "the right kind of love" and "wannagirl" r cool tracks.....I always compare this to Joeys album!

That young girl (?) from "hangin' with mr cooper" released a record back in early 90's sometime.....she rapped too!

Eddie Murphy released 3 whole music albums! Fav tracks from all 3 r "party all the time" "put your mouth on me" "so happy" "I got it" "whatzupwitu" "don't give up on love" "'till the moneys gone".....

Raven Symone. She released an album not to long ago. Like a sucker, I bought it. It's very much like Hilary Duff's album (same label and released a week before Hilary's new one) but with a little more pop and R&B. It isn't selling well, though. Her show is pretty damn good ("That's So Raven") and appears to be a hit with the tween audience...and myself. I'm a fan, even if that it sort of creepy.

In 1980,Todd Bridges of "Diff'rent Strokes" recorded an album produced by Maurice White of Earth Wind and Fire.It was scheduled to be released on Maurice's Arc record label (distributed by Columbia) but it never came out, probably because Todd wasn't much of a singer...lol

Thanks but she is 18. It's not even that I find the show sexual or anything even though Raven is hot. It's just really funny in comparison to most network shows.

I remember her song "That's What Little Girls Are Made Of" featuring an unknown Missy Elliott (Missy's not in the video because the record company felt that she was too big in size and would'nt look right so they hired a skinny rapper to lip sync to Missy's voice).
