"Mama Used to Say" and "I Wish" I was listening to Junior today and thought what a great bass line, than it dawned on me how close "Mama" is to Stevie Wonder's "I Wish" The bass line is close and the lyrical message is sort of the same "wishin' for the old days" when "mama used to say" I love both songs, but which one was written first? ______________________________________________

I know I'm late ,but, "Mama Used To Say" is one of my all-time favorite childhood jams!!! And still is like the rest of ya'll! Never gets tired! Reminds me of "Skate Town", the roller joint that used to be in my hood back then!  | |
