Duran Duran:this bothers me the other day when Duran Duran were on Regis and Kelly.. Regis says Duran Duran's back together for the 1st time in 21 years! and then he asked all the guys what have they been doing with their time (even Simon & Nick) and then on Good Morning America again "Duran Duran their 1st album in 21 ywars!" i know its the 1st time the original lineup has been together in 21 years but i feel by saying that they are dismising all the great work the remaining members (namely Simon & Nick) have done in the last 21 years i mean Duran Duran werent dead they made some great stuff during that time..i mean stuff like Oridinary World, Come Undone,Someone Else Not Me..etc ...all great stuff that shouldnt be forgotten! I agree with this thread!! Almost in every show they pretend Duran Duran never excisted after 1985.... they forgot about
*Notorious (Great album) *Big thing (like this one very much) *Liberty (even this one has nice songs) *Wedding album (classic) *Thank you (nice) *Medazzalnad (GREAT ONE) *Pop trash (also very nice) Duran Duran never split up, they only had to replace some members... In fact Warren Cuccurullo played longer guitar at Duran than Andy did! But when Simon and Nick get this question, they strangley enough do no answer with these facts! They just talk about the original line-up! Some people will thunk they reunite for the $$$ but hey...they sold over 70.000.000 albums...so that's not the point... The original Duran Duran chemistry is back, and you can hear that on Astronaut.... well, enough bothered...Duran Duran is back on track...let's enjoy it! the beautiful ones, you always seem to loose | |
