Someone asked me to post the set list to this concert and a review on another forum but I guess it would best belong here.

Let me start by saying this.. Dave was the cure for Prince that I needed. I saw Prince last week in DC, best seats in the house, best show I have ever seen, but correct me if I am wrong sometimes being a Prince fan can be tiresome and a lot of work ... can I get a witness?

I mean this isn't always a bad thing because it gets us to thinking and talking about issues current and future, but sometimes it is just great to go watch a band that is just a freakin band... nothing but music.. no lectures, no opinions forced on the public on religion, or spirituality or political, on the music business ect.. ect..

Like I said this isn't always a bad thing but sometimes you need a break from it. Dave has his causes also mostly environmental but he seems to go about more gently with no insults or immature babbling.

Because of this it is easier to relax with his music and just listen for the music.... Any one else have artist that they feel this way about?

About the show, this was there first show in a while and they were as tight as I have ever seen them. They were full of energy and ready to go!! They only did one encore but they did a version of "Dont drink the water" that rivals the original recorded version!!

Dave was dancing his ass off and driving the crowd nuts!

They did all the favorite live songs and tore them up!!

Dave is nothing but Frat Boy rock!!! He is the luckiest son of a b@#$h in music today...I don't understand what people see in his music. I've seen the Dead MANY times, I've seen Phish MANY times...Those guys know 2 jam. DMB is SO boring live.

Prince said something at the DC show that gave me the impression he didnt care for U2.

Someone yelled, "We love you Prince" and he yelled" I love you back. He then said" I used to say, I love u 2, but not the band... get it.

I thought hmmm. Wonder why he dosent like them.

wait a minute DMB was in DC? when and where? damn, I keep missing them.
