eric clapton & d'angelo so, i just saw that david sanborn "new years eve" special from 1999 (or was it still 1998?).
clapton did his thing of course and d'angelo.. oh man, he fucking ruled! makes me wonder though; they performed "i've been tryin" together somewhere earlier. where was this (rock & roll hall of fame gig? when?) and wasn't that a curtis mayfield jawn? let me know? btw, i'm a fan of cassandra wilson now too (she got a good voice and she's fine too!). don't need no reefer, don't need cocaine
