1.Never Too Much
2.Forever, For Always, For Love 3.Busy Body Even tho these two are not his albums, they SERIOUSLY should've been: -Get It Right -Jump To It By Aretha Franklin. Brotha Lutha put his heart, body, soul, sweat, blood, tears & joy into these 2 albums. [Edited 10/11/04 10:26am]

His recent Grammy-award winning, was a good effort, but the production was kind of lame and some of the songs didn't even get radio airplay. Check me out and add me on:

I would say that 'Give Me The Reason' is arguably his strongest album, with one superb track after another. It's also his most consistent album. The title track was his first real "pop" sounding song. But his 1981 debut 'Never Too Much' is my personal favorite.I especially love the track "You Stopped Loving Me" which really should have been a single.

Correct. In fact,Luther has worked with ALOT of artists and bands in the late 70s-early 80s.He did alot of work with Chic (that's him singing "Yowsah! Yowsah! Yowsah!" on their 1977 debut single "Dance Dance Dance").In 1977,he toured with David Bowie as a backup singer. He appeared on the early albums by Change. In 1980,he appeared as a backup singer on Irene Cara's hit song "Fame".He was also one of Roberta Flack's backup singers and he wrote a song for her called "You Stopped Loving Me" (he later recorded his own version for his 1981 debut album). She was so impressed with his talents that she fired him! She thought he was too good to be a backup vocalist,so she had to fire him as a way of encouraging him to make a solo album.
