Tupac and Shug knight

Ok, i was watching some show on VH-1 and they were talking about the finances of deceased entertainers. Afeni Shakur was on talking about how she won her law suit against Death Row and how she went after Shug knight.

I'm now convinced Shug had something to do with Tupac's death. Afeni mentioned how weeks before Pac's death, he was making repeated calls to Shug about getting paid. I remembered hearing something about how Pac was about to leave Death Row during that time. On the show, they showed how Death Row used Pac's $$$ to pay bills for other artists, they paid someones child support with Pac's $$$, etc. Afeni sued for 50 million plus the rights to the 150 songs Pac had written ...and she won....

Afeni showed no fear of Shug and it showed again that Shug knight will back stab anyone. So now i"m thinking about the hit on Pac.....

Shug had a lot to lose if Pac left Death Row.....am I reaching?

Suge definately had to do with Biggie's death, 2pac on the other hand I think was shot in retaliation to the fight at the hotel tht night.

you know, i just watched that Resurection movie last night. headbang

Afeni Shakur ROCKS. (minus the crack habit that she had for a minute, we all have our struggles inlife.) im glad she won that lawsuit. No one else should have rights to those songs but her. i would love to have a conversation with that woman. nod

its hard to believe 100% anything about tupacs death, unless you are close to those involved in the situation. But there is a part of me that has always wondered if shug had something to do with it. i think pac was turning into the "top dawg" at death row records...and shug couldnt let that happen.....since hes the top dawg. i dont know....its hard to speculate from afar.

Loud and clear. Couldn't agree more. Both Nick Broomfield's "Biggie & Tupac" and Randall Sullivan's superb book "Labyrinth" made a compelling case for Suge definitely being involved in Biggie's murder and having strong ties to Tupac's.

There's a film being made about Russell Poole, the cop who investigated the murder too - called "Notorious". Unfortunately it's both directed and starring none other than Sylvester Stallone as Poole. IMDB.com lists Suge Knight as played by "himself".

Afeni Shakur probably isn't that worried about Suge Knight anymore. He hasn't the power, clout or money he used to have.

I saw the same show and I was outrage that his Non-support-poor excuse of a Man/father had the nerve to show his ugly ass face sue her for Pac's money.... what joke when this sonofabitch never did a DAMN THING for Pac' by his own addmisson, but here he comes when he smell MONEY, but you know Afeni showed class pay his ass off, and he went back to the hole he crawl out of. God bless Afeni. R.I.P. Pac. pray

Remember the VH1 Behind The Music special about Notorious B.I.G. and they said an LAPD officer had something to do with Biggie's murder?

Does anyone remember this?

I subscribed to the 'alive' theory for awhile too, back when I was a huge fan..but when he didn't materialize in 2003 I realised it was just a marketing ploy, that's obviously worked.

yeah i remember this. i also remember that it all connected back through Suge Knight somehow. It was all about payoffs and money. I believe that Suge Knight had something to do with both, but more so of Tupac's death than Biggie's though. I just find it real fishy how Tupac gets into a fight that night then is dead the next morning. Suge Knight was on that tape too beating down that guy and its all so funny how most of the shots went in Tupac's direction even though I think Suge Knight was shot also. It was too much of a coincidence.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
