What's the last CASSETTE you purchased? What's the last CASSETTE you purchased?
Are cassettes even made anymore? Even on special order? I have to think about the last cassette I bought.

Full length or single? The last album I bought on cassette was The Cure's 'Standing On A Beach' for all those b-sides that weren't on CD or vinyl.
I don't remember what was the last cassette single I bought. It might have been Britney Spears "...Hit Me Baby One More Time" off of ebay.

The last one I bought was His N' Hers by Pulp. It cost me around 100 baht (2.50 USD), in Thailand in 2000. That's for an original tape too, not for a pirated copy. Cassettes there are very cheap, but they only last a year or two. Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop.

I'm pretty sure it was in 1999..a cassette single "THe Music Sounds Better with you" - i forgot the group and i don't think i have it anymore...it went like "I feel so good, yeah....feels like the music sounds better with you. love might bring us back together." Let the rain come down...17 days....

that song was SOOO HOT! I haven't bought a NEW tape in forever, but we pick up used ones on occasion for the car (my BF has a tape player in the car still). I think my last purchase was Radiohead- The Bends and St Etienne- Foxbase Alpha

I buy tapes all the time. Last ones I bought were a four-pack of Ice-T's O.G.: Original Gangster & Home Invasion, plus Cypress Hill's Black Sunday and Public Enemy's Fear of a Black Planet.

Same with me here. I can't even remember what the last cassette was that I bought and whether or not if it was "new" or "old" at the time. Every now and then, I also buy used cassettes (something rare or out of print) and burn them onto CD. I still buy blank cassettes though. I use them for recording off the radio and burn the tracks onto disc later. I also use them when I like to make a mix and burn it onto disc once I feel I have perfected it. You can correct your mistakes on tape but if you make a mistake on a disc, it is permanent. [Edited 11/23/04 1:53am] Andy is a four letter word.
