Madonna is a great dancer, good singer, and an ok actress!

There are many artist(s) who are acting that can't!
Madonna can take them out anyday!

I've been a Madonna fan since I was very young, and she has showed me that she's a great entertainer, through her dance & song and just the presence of her on a stage is incredible!

Madonna, has showed us she can dance- She was granted a scholarship to U of M for dance, she danced with the best in NYC, she showcased it all on stage from Blonde Ambition (Hip Hop/Freestyle and Choreography) to Evita's (Modern/Watz) not to mention a great salsa & bachata dancer.

Madonna doesn't have to dance like everyone else to be considered good at it!
She will never dance like Janet or J-Lo, because they do the same dances all the f**king time.
She's interested in expanding her skills and taking from Cultures and Art to express through dancing.

Her singing voice is stronger than Janet, J-lo, and that horrible BRITNEY!
If she was that horrible they wouldve opted for a mimic singer in Evita!

Her voice is no doubt stronger now, after Evita!
Her Movies aren't bad either, its just that the Industry hates madonna, beause she can do many things well, and is a fast learner.

We all saw how Barbra Streisand looked at her in 1995 at the Oscars!
Madonna -will always be the best at what she does!

I love her for it!
She is an artist and dance is one of her babies and if I ever attend a show without Maddy dancing I will be highly disappointed, because I know she can and thats a major trade mark when it comes to MADONNA!

I'll be the first to defend Madonna's age. I'm so against the ageism in society these days that says you're worth nothing over 30. But as Stevie Nicks so eloquently said about Madonna's lip lock with Britney and Christina (And what's with that? Is the press THAT stupid? Yes, Madonna kissed both Britney AND Christina. This move smacks of desperation. Shocks for a shockless world. It's a card drawn from an artist who has nothing left to say. You can wear out your welcome from shock. Then you have to fall back on actually being good. Madonna's lip lock sad at the least, ho hum at the most.

Madonna is also running into the ground the techno-with-heart method she's treaded with Ray Of Light, then Music and THEN American Life. The more she does it the less conviction she has. "Ray Of Light" had it's moments. "Music seemed to have less. From what I've heard of "Life" there were no inspiring moments. It's a genre she does not live in.
My sister had a revelation once that Madonna would be wise to follow. She said Madonna has killer ballads. She should become a balladeer. That sounds like a good idea to me. She's 46 now. Linda Rondstat(sp) knew when to hang up the hot pants and roller skates. I think it would be a nice for her to settle into maturity.

P.S. I actually really like the majority of American Life. Take a listen. A lot of people on the org liked it.

First of all, dont pull a fuckin Elton John on me and say she lip synched, she did not, i was there to know she was singing live.

Next i enjoy her dance routines and her creative self on stage. I like to see the woman perform as do the tens of thousands of people who see her perform.

As for not having fun. I and the entire crowd had a whold lot of fun, we screamed and danced the night away, never one sitting moment. During "like a prayer" the entire stadium sang together, it was fanatic, honestly and beautiful.

If you dont like Madonna, fine but no use saying she is crap at what she does when she's touched so many people and gave everyone a good time.

Ok so her chops might not be the best, but they aren't the worst either. I do think she can be at home in them though, as "Crazy For You" and "Live To Tell" can attest. She's certainly has a good track record with them. I think it might be a better fit for a 46 year old woman then trying to go head to head with Britney and Christina, who don't look as out of place bopping around to mechanized dance beats.

And g-man yes Madonna doesn't have a curvy body... but that's because of genetics... some women have bodies like that. My mom does... of course she is 50 and was a professional aerobics instructor for 20 years and still works out 5 days a week.
