searches on google suggest that someone called Betty Hutton sang the original in the late 40s. confused

it was written by Hans Lang and Bert Reisfeld and was originally entitled, "Blow a Fuse".

it was used to promote a new season of Sex In The City a few years ago, and it's popped up again recently in some other commercial campaign. probably not that difficult to find on file-sharing services.

Oh yeah? What are his impressions so far?

To be honest, I think "It's Oh So Quiet" is done really well and is hilariously fun, but it's just about my least favorite Bjork song.

But that's saying something when someone's silliest song could still be enjoyable.

To me, "It's Oh So Quiet" is Bjork's "Jughead".
