My thoughts:

I like Elton's music but Elton can go to hell. All he does now in days is make fun of people and swear the f-word. He is such a queeny asswipe and should learn to shut his mouth when he slanders people.

I founf it ok to diss her song "die another day" but saying she lip synchs when she doesn't

Elton, find a new hobby, like make a new record and shut your face.

Elton is one fuckin' cool white dude, I respect how he NEVA holds back on anything. Not to mention, I'm a sucka for arians those are my kind of people,,,,,BRUTAL!

Elton John, George Michael, Boy George, and RuPaul are just upset that Madonna is a bigger queer icon than they are.

They can't knock Cher because no one really does, they can't touch Judy cause she is Dorthy, Liza gets by for being Dorthy's daughter, Barbara has vocie that can't be messed with, Bette performed in a bathhouse for crying outloud so they don't trash her, Donna got her's with the AIDS comment a few years ago, but Madonna is fair game for anyone to take a pot shot at.

All you Madonna fans should just take it with a grain of salt. Dude was just airing his feelings. He sounded like somebody's drunk uncle after his favorite football team lost.

She mimed to Vouge. She always has, but you can hear her singing over the canned vocals. She might have mimed Nobody Knows Me. The jury is still out on that one. The rap on American Life was mimed as well. Other than that the rest of the show was live. I've heard the audio to 6 different shows.

madge has certainly lip synched in the past...and on this tour. believe me, i was close enough to see it. it was only on one or two songs but the clip track was most certainly in use. does it change the fact that the tour was the best concert of my life...no! elton is an old sow and madonna lip syncs. there...now we're even.

I think you people are missing the point.

Had Elton said something like "I think Madonna is a no talented slut and can't sing and is an attention whore, yada yada yada" I wouldn't care.

But Madonna was nominated for best live performance (which she didn't win for those of you who hate her and take pride in her failures) and Elton said she didn't sing but lip synched. She most certainly sang, i was their live and up close and know she was singing. And to prove she was singing she forgot the words to Material Girl at one of the Toronto shows, so it was certainly a live show. Elton slandered, and that is all.

I think it is a very smart practice Esther has on not attacking other singers/artists.
