she has been on acess hollywood and extra almost every week for about a month...sometimes multiple times per week...with cameras following her around as she does wonderful philanthropic deeds. she makes me ill.

after all these weddings and relationships...can anyone say damage control?

Saw Little Kim on television yesterday visiting a children's hospital in all her made-up glory. She told the newswoman that she would do it even if the camera's weren't there...

Later on that day, I read a news snippet that states how her publicist is arranging "Kim gives back to the people" photo-ops to help rehabilitate her image...
