I must ad "Heroes" by David Bowie. All of the songs that I listed have brought tears to my eyes damn near everytime that I hear them.

It's something about you Miss Mistress. Maybe it's the name "FunkMistress" which is coldblooded.

I don't usually get emotional (at least not in that way) from music. I guess I just don't cry that easily, but there are three songs that always get me:

Purple Rain lol
Sometimes it Snows in April

and Jimi's "Angel" sad

UptownDeb

Not your typical "tearjerker" (besides, you can dance to it) but "Date With the Rain" always makes think "Poor Eddie (Kendricks)." sad

I've got a date with the rain
Gotta go walking in the rain
The clouds that gather in the sky
Gather in my eyes every time it rains

On just such a day you let me go
And as the raindrops began to flow
I go walking in the rain
Hiding my tears in the rain

I heart this song SO much!

Also, The Manhattan's "Kiss and Say Goodbye."
I used to think "The Beautiful Ones" was a tearjerker, but maybe that's because Apollonia cried when Prince sang in in PR.
